Where do these "Bobs fighting 70-80% of Eve" figures come from?
Official CCP figures show that there's only around 8% of Eve in 0.0 - infact more live in low sec. This 8% of course includes a large amount of NPC ratters of dubious origin, untrained scouting alts and a fair amount of people who've travelled out into deep space to see what it's like and then Ctrl+Q'd and have never logged back in since.
Seems like BoBs fighting 1%-2% of Eve if you ask me - *lying* good luck and stuff, let me know how the 1.5hr jump lag goes for you. */lying*

More than semantics, as I said - there's a lot of untrained alts, NPC ratters and people just living in 0.0 and steering clear of the whole great war thing. It's still nowhere near "70-80%"

The 1-2% was when I mistakenly believed the phrase "Eve population" to mean exactly that.
